How to Sort and Prioritize eBay Messages

Complaints and returns first, questions next, spam last.

Not every message is equally important

When you get 10+ messages per day, you need to prioritize. Wrong order = unhappy buyers and escalations.

Priority order

  1. URGENT: Open cases, escalations, feedback threats
  2. HIGH: Complaints, return requests, missing deliveries
  3. MEDIUM: Shipping status questions, tracking inquiries
  4. LOW: Pre-purchase questions, discount requests
  5. IGNORE: Spam, phishing, promotional messages
