  4. Ask for revision: If the buyer is satisfied, they can revise the feedback
  5. Write a response: Professional public reply under the feedback

Think long-term

One negative review among 50 positive ones = 98% positive. That's still good. Focus on excellent service and the positive reviews will dilute the negative one quickly.
