How the score works

Your feedback score is the net total of unique positive minus negative feedback. Each buyer can only affect your score once per transaction, regardless of how many items they bought.

Buyers trust sellers with higher scores. Studies show that sellers with 99%+ positive feedback sell items 15-20% faster than those below 98%. Some buyers filter search results by seller rating.

Detailed seller ratings (DSRs)

Besides the overall score, buyers rate you on 4 categories: item as described, communication, shipping time, and shipping cost. Keep all four above 4.6 stars to maintain Top Rated Seller status.
